Sessions offered:Healing ModalitiesPlease click on this link for information on healing Modalities offered. What is a session like? All sessions are an hour and half to two hours unless you are short on time and then there are one hour appointments available. Here are some of the words that have been used to describe a session Relaxing, calming, uplifting, free, renewed, light, amazing, happy, complete, terrific, centered, energized, much better, the best I have felt in years. There are a few ways to have a session. 1. A spiritual counseling session: You are sitting on a comfortable couch at my location and sharing what is going on for you. You will receive companionate listening, grief support and counseling tools along with learning (EFT) The Emotional Freedom Technique. You may also have the counseling session over the phone. 2. An energy session: A short conversation with you sharing just a little bit of what is going on for you and what issue's you would like to address, and then an energy treatment on the massage table. You are fully clothed there is a sheet on the table along with a blanket if you get cold and soft music playing in the background. You may also have the energy session done over the phone that is called a distant healing. An hour and half to two hours can go by quickly and if you would like to talk about your issues in-depth before a treatment you may want to consider the combo session below. 3.Combo Session: Counseling and energy work, your sitting comfortably on the coach sharing all that is bringing you discomfort in your life. What things you would like to change and or enhance, and strategies to get you there. We may do some EFT and talking back and forth then you will receiving an energy treatment very specific to your request to remove, restructure, balance and restore peace of mind and harmony through out your physical and energy bodies. I recommend the Combo Session as an Initial Consultation, the first session we have together. It is typical three to four hours long and that gives us sufficient time to cover your issues and concerns along with giving me time to get to more fully understand your circumstance, the way you operate and the best course of action. The first half of the session is us talking and utilizing the tools for counseling. The second half is you on the massage table receiving an energy treatment. I will be using a combination of these energy systems IET, Reki, and IEH, unless otherwise requested by you to only use one. Half hour increments can also be added to your session.
